INITIAL OUTFITTING & TRANSITION (IO&T)
In the area of Initial Outfitting and Transition (IO&T), we partner with general construction companies to outfit new or renovated healthcare facilities with medical/surgical equipment and laboratory equipment.
IO&T provides program/project management and contracting support to DHA projects at various geographical locations throughout the Continental United States, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Guantanamo Bay, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Djibouti, and Republic of Korea.

The AvMEDICAL Government Enterprise Team (GET) is committed to providing differentiated, high quality solutions to all government agencies. We offer trusted consultation, experienced sourcing teams, project management, and personalized account management.

MAKE-TO-ORDER KITTING
The Make-to Order (MTO) Medical Kits are a product of an innovative partnership between DLA-Troop Support (contract holder) and National Industries for the Blind (prime contractor).
Two subcontractors develop the kits: LC Industries, an AbilityOne® Authorized Provider, employs people who are visually impaired who assemble the kits; and AvMEDICAL, a leading healthcare master distributor, designs medical kits and provides medical components.
Make-to-Order Medical Kits are an AbilityOne® Procurement list item available to all federal agencies.
