OUR FOUNDER

Troy Mizell served in the US Army (Infantry) from 1985 to 1994. In addition to serving in the 101st Airborne Division, he was twice deployed to Europe and assigned to NATO Headquarters. In these duties, he gained vast experience in international project development, logistics planning, and team leadership.
As CEO of AvMEDICAL, Troy is responsible for leading the company to gain financial success and to be a leader in the industry, as well as developing key strategic plans that will help in fulfilling the company’s mission in being profitable while at the same time, providing growth and development for the company’s reputation.
In addition to being CEO and Founding Member of two ServiceDisabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Troy is also a founding member and Treasurer of National Veterans Small Business Coalition (NVSBC), an organization dedicated to educating and training America’s veteran business owners.
